Before your day, you'll submit your numbers and biggest challenges through a structured intake. I review everything before we get on the call, which means we don't spend your four hours on discovery. We spend them on decisions.
You leave with a diagnosis of what's actually broken, the fix built out with you on the call, and a 30-day execution plan that tells you exactly what to do first, next, and what to ignore.

The diagnosis
We walk through your numbers together. Your last 90 days, inventory, traffic, conversion rate, AOV. I confirm what the numbers are telling us and name the real problem — which is usually not the one you booked for.
The build
The working session. We might rebuild your revenue plan, restructure your buying plan, map your next 90 days of campaigns, or fix the offer quietly killing conversion. You're not taking notes on theory — you're leaving with the actual asset.
The 30-day plan
We turn everything we built into a week-by-week execution plan. What you do in week one, week two, and what you don't touch until the plan says so. You'll know exactly what to do the next morning.

Why me

I spent over eleven years on the retail sales floor at DKNY, Saks Fifth Avenue, Michael Kors, Tumi, and The Limited before I ever coached anyone. Then I built my own boutique to seven figures. I don't teach theory — I teach the math and the marketing that make product businesses profitable.
